Recognizing Children's Artistic Talents in Art, Music and Live Performance

2018's event recognized children's artistic talents.  Children from surrounding area of Greater Pasadena performed and entertained the audience with their performances by singing and dancing. Every child received a gift for their participation.

In attendance were representatives from state and local elected representatives, including Mayor Terry Tornek of Pasadena, U.S. Congresswoman Judy Chu, State Senator Anthony Portantino, and Assemblymember Chris Holden.

Young kids and their parents and guardians had fun making artwork, and playing musical instruments.

Aim High aso kicked off a project to make Friendship Bracelets to send to children in foreign countries. This project will continue and volunteers are welcome to join in.

There were informative presentations on safety by firemen from Pasadena Fire Department. Representatives from S. CA Edison also shared home safety tips in an interactive model home.
